Should All Courts Use Written Arguments?

In the United States, it would seem that only one court really succeeded in creating a fair and just system of reaching logical verdicts, and that is the Supreme Court. The problem, however, is that there are many other courts, in which individuals face life changing decisions everyday and yet they must deal with the unfair practice of oral arguments and must rely on a judge or jury’s decision. Now, I am not against the use of a judge or jury, especially in the lower courts, but I do think we need to take the emphasis off the oral argument….
